Whether you’re a seasoned singer or a secret songbird, come see what we're all about at our One-Day Summer Sing-In — no audition, no fees, just good people and great music.

Two Opportunities to Sing!

What to Expect:

• A warm welcome and a relaxed, fun environment to make music and meet new friends.

• A chance to sing real music with live accompaniment—no experience needed.

• Light snacks, some laughs, and maybe even a surprise or two.

SINGERS: All voices are welcome!

Chorus rehearsals run from September through June.

San Francisco:

• Mondays 7:00 - 9:00 pm @ St. Francis Episcopal Church - 399 San Fernando Way, SF, 94127.

• Led by Maestro Urs Leonhardt Steiner.

Benicia:

• Tuesdays 7:00 - 9:00 pm at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.

• Led by Chorus Director, Bruce Rockwell.

INSTRUMENTALISTS: Join our family of professional & amateur musicians!

Orchestra rehearsals are held September through June.

San Francisco:

• Thursdays 7:00 - 10:00 pm.

• Led by Maestro Urs Leonhardt Steiner.

Amateurs:

• Trained amateur musicians are invited to audition with Maestro Steiner and Concertmaster Loretta Taylor

• Players present 1-2 excerpts of their choice which demonstrate lyric, melodic, and technical abilities

• Auditions are relaxed and informal and take 10-15 minutes

Professionals:

There are no permanent positions open for professional musicians at this time. However, please contact us at ADMIN@GOLDENGATESYMPHONY.ORG to be considered when additional musicians are needed for a performance set.
